Al-Dabke - Mohamed Iskandar - CD

Lebanon's renowned Dabke singer Mohamed Iskandar performs his repertoire of Dabke classics from Lebanon and Syria. Originally performed in villages, Dabke is the now the National Dance of Lebanon and Syria. Its variations can be seen in Jordan, Iraq, and other regions of the Middle-East. Dabke is typically performed in troupes with occasional solo performances by a lead dancer.
