Add some dramatic texture to your wardrobe with this unique white over-skirt! This lovely skirt / belt with full length ruffle fringe is an awesome piece for tribal or belly dance costuming! Also looks great over skirts, pants, or shorts! Tie closure for adjustable fit.

I love this skirt! The flow is wonderful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't allow you adjust the waist for smaller waist lines. There are two ties on each end of the skirt. I was hoping that there would be a slit in the waistband to thread one of the ties through to secure it tightly for my waist size. Other than that it is spectacular!

This was exactly like the picture I was not disappointed please note that it does not come with the shorts underneath.
